All RPR courses are designed in a building block theory. Students will not be permitted to skip an area before taking the advanced courses. Only exception will be the refresher course if you ride annually. Thank you very much for understanding this is for your safety. If you have had prior advanced training the above is excluded from you. However, you may have to showcase your ability in an entry course prior to your advanced training class and approved by the chief instructor or owner.
We convey to our students four fundamental approaches to learning concepts at RPR. The instructor will explain the course/exercise, and then demonstrate the method to be utilized, students will imitate the techniques, practice and debrief afterwards. You will experience the following areas:

- Mounting/Dismounting of Motorcycle
- Stationary Shifting
- Walking the Motorcycle
- Entering/Exiting Parking Area
- Offensive/Defensive Driving
- Breeze-outs
- Avoiding Hazards with Curb and Obstacle Negotiation
- Advanced Torque Techniques at Extreme Angles
- Formation Parking/Alignment
- Motor Shutdown
- Debriefing
- Raising a “downed” Motorcycle
Student Requirements
- Must provide their own motorcycle or scooter with valid registration and proof of insurance
- Must possess a valid driver license with motorcycle endorsement
- Have at least one year of riding experience, or a minimum of 2,500 miles
- Motorcycles or scooters must be in proper working order, including cooling and charging systems, and a battery that is in good condition
- Must wear protective gear, which includes a DOT-approved helmet (full-face recommended), motorcycle jacket and pants, gloves and boots that cover the ankles
- Absolutely no race tires, race compound tires, or car tires allowed regardless if they are DOT approved
